What happens for Terrace reservations when it rains?admin2022-03-24T15:42:44+00:00Terrace reservations are subject to weather conditions and should the weather turn compromising, an available table indoors will be based wholly on the current day's availability.

I received a refund of the deposit prior to my booking. Is my reservation still valid?admin2022-03-24T15:43:45+00:00Yes, it's still valid. The guarantee deposit can only be held for 7 days via Stripe however we can still charge this amount should you cancel within 12 hours from the time of your booking.
What is your cancellation/ deposit policy?admin2022-03-24T15:44:02+00:00For reservations with a required deposit, do note that the details were used to guarantee and no deduction was being made to the card. Any changes to the reservation including change of date or cancellation will have to be made at least a day prior to the booking to avoid charges.
