Welcome to LeVeL33

A unique award-winning rooftop dining concept with the world’s highest urban microbrewery. Enjoy the spectacular view over Singapore’s Marina Bay and city skyline from the penthouse unit of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC).

Open every day from 11.30am to 10.30pm throughout, LeVeL33 offers its special Contembrewery dining experience, incorporating beer ingredients and processes from the in-house brewery into the menu.

We pride ourselves on having the right offer for all of our guests at LeVeL33 for any occasion; from lunch to a drink after office hours, preferably our freshly brewed craft beers, accompanied by some beer dining items or a burger on our spacious outdoor terrace. Or be it a breezy weekend brunch, a glass of champagne with fresh oysters at the Raw Bar or a more formal dining experience in the Barons de Rothschild private dining room.

The outstanding view and ambience guarantee the perfect setting for any occasion.

Where Craft And Relaxed Excellence Reign

With the shiny copper brew house kettles in the bar taking centre stage, all are reminded of the freshly brewed beer that flows out of the heart of LeVeL33. Contemporary design is evoked with the use of wood textures and earth tones; the wonderfully integrated interiors of the craft-brewery reconcile aesthetics, form, and functionality in this elevated space.

Craftmanship is at the core of LeVeL33: freshly brewed beers by resident Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia, the open counter cold kitchen, or the meticulously curated boutique wine list showcasing labels with no more than 5,000 cases of production each. LeVeL33 is so much more than a restaurant with a beautiful view, it’s an experience.

Marina Bay Dining

Besides an iconic rooftop bar with a view, LeVeL33 offers a unique dining experience and ambience. The Contembrewery cuisine integrates beer brewing elements into the food, creatively using the different beers and beer ingredients, and taking inspiration from the beer brewing process itself: Hops – have floral & citrusy flavours; Yeast – roasted to enrich the aroma; Malt – provides texture to the dish; and Spent Grains (only available in a brewery, after the lautering process) – provide both flavour and texture to the dishes.
