
Argentinian native and Germany-trained brewmaster Gabriel Garcia has been the man behind LeVeL33’s craft beers since 2012. For him, brewing isn’t just a craft—it’s a calling. His journey began with a single visit to a small brewery in Prague, where the rich aroma of malt and hops sparked a lifelong passion—a passion so strong that he learned German just to attend the most prestigious brewing school in the world, the Weihenstephan Department at the Technical University of Munich, where he mastered the science and tradition of brewing.
Gabriel has been at the helm of LeVeL33’s microbrewery, crafting beers that honour age-old techniques while embracing innovation. Every pint poured follows the beer’s classical roots and history to ensure a clean, authentic taste. From crisp European Lagers to bold IPAs, velvety Stouts, and seasonal brews crafted for special occasions, his beers reflect both technical precision and a deep respect for the craft.

A brewing highlight is LeVeL33’s Brut Beer— a unique creation that marries Gabriel’s expert craftsmanship with our collaboration with Barons de Rothschild Champagne. This innovative brew undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional Méthode Traditionnelle—comprising dosage, remuage, and dégorgement—resulting in elegant effervescence and a crisp, dry finish.
