Savour a special 5-course menu created by Executive Chefs Jake from LeVeL33 and Lamley from Kaarla, showcasing bold flavours, sustainably sourced seafood, and beer-brewing elements like house-brewed beer and upcycled spent grain.

Dishes include Yellowfin Tuna Tostada with Wheat Beer yuzu ponzu and Siberian caviar, Tasmanian Rock Lobster with barley and farro risotto, and a Fennel & Pink Pepper Dry-aged Swordfish Steak served with Brut Beer beurre blanc. For dessert, indulge in creations like Blond Lager Ice Cream with spent grain tempura or Stout Balsamic Poached Strawberry with Madagascan vanilla crème fraîche mousse.
